Get your items to the lot early for the best advertising. This auction will be open to all farm machinery. Full line or single items antique, late model, livestock equipment, construction & more. If you are planning on consigning items (trucks, trailer, UTV) that need paperwork (title registration etc)., be prepared to have it with you. Current, and in your name.  No tires unless 75% or better tread, No cars or household items.

Open to accept equipment: December 1st – 10th (Call before this time to drop off)

 Monday to Friday 8:00AM-4:30

Open Saturday, December 6th 8:00AM – 3:00PM,

Closed Sunday

It must be to the lot by 4:30PM on Wednesday, December 10th.

Auctioneer Notes:

This will be a live auction w/absentee & internet bidding available,Possibly Running 2 rings on machinery Saturday. Sunday will be online only pallet items. It’s always a good idea to call if you are coming from a long distance away for a certain piece of equipment to make sure it showed up at the sale lot. Check the website often for updates on equipment arrival. We will update as items come in. Sale bill printed 3 weeks prior to sale. Many more consignments are expected. Load out available. All items must be in the sale yard by Wednesday,  December 10th @ 4:30PM. Don’t wait till auction day to get a bidding number. Stop by to get your bidding number from 8AM-4:30PM

Terms:

PAYMENT: All payments must be made before items are picked up. No items will be released until payments are collected.

Cash, Check-local only, ACH in US only. Wire transfer-you will pay $10 fee plus your bank fees or Credit Card with additional 4% fee. Invoices exceeding $1,500.00 cannot be paid for with a credit card. Nothing removed until settled for. ID required to get a bidding number. Everything sold as is with no warranty. All announcements made on sale day take precedence over printed material. Not responsible for accidents or theft. Hoge Auctioneering is not responsible for theft or accident. Everything sold as is, without warranty of any kind. No exceptions. ID required to get a bidding number. Iowa sales tax will apply to purchases made.
